I called Tony after finding him/his company on a Google search. I read all the reviews and thought this would be a good enough company to work with. I'm glad we did! Our last insurance experience was online and we didn't get to work with anybody personally, and so this was a nice treat. Tony was able to meet with us right away and take care of business that day. They did excellent searches for the best home owner insurance rates. We had some quick questions a couple days later when Tony was not in the office and a co-worker named Ann was equally helpful and professional. I highly recommend Preferred Insurance. Not only good to work with, their location on King Street downtown LaCrosse was very handy for me.
